Lasagne Dinner
This year’s gourmet Lasagne dinner was prepared by our
young people and their families, and earned more than $1400 toward their
expenses for the coming ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans. This year’s
group has earned its expenses for the Gathering, as well as expenses for
an additional service-project trip which they chose to add into their
week. The Youth Gathering begins on Sunday, July 14 and runs through
July 21. Our young people and their leaders will return on Sunday, July
22. Unity’s congregation provided the initial contribution to ensure
their reservations for participation in the Gathering.
